"The Computer is one of the wonders of human ingenuity." It is said to be the next teaching instructor, because of its broad background of everything even your name is known by it. We are attach on that kind of technology,we know that computer cant stand alone and computer is considered as a tutor because computers has a program which initiates or perform instructions or task which helps our learners to gain knowledge from the computer. This process initiates and signified that computer is the tutor of our learners.

THE COMPUTER AS THE TEACHERS TOOL

Computer is one of the teaching tool that are used by teachers. Computer can provide access information, foster creative social knowledge-building and enhance the communication around the world. Without the computer, people and especially the students suffer because of lack of information to be gathered, slow connection in communication and cant make your work easily and faster. Teacher can use computer in their teaching to make it more interesting. The use of Powerpoint in presenting their lesson can catch the attention of every students. Teacher use Excel to make the grades more easily to compute.

COMPUTER AS INFORMATION AND COMMUNICATION TECHNOLOGY

Nowadays, many things in this world are inspired by technology, machine and new invention for transportation that can brought us everywhere and faster. And now, we are here in Net Generation wherein the invention of computer really helps people especially the students like us. With the use of computer we can easily search the things that we wanted, we can read books by browsing it on google, we can easily communicate with other and it can make our work easily and faster. With the use of computer we can learn a lot, learn the things that we are not usually do by simply browsing we can get what we want but the only thing that we should remember is to limit the use of computer. PS; Don't let the computer manipulate you.

Cooperative learning with computer

“When students work with computers in groups, they cluster and interact with each other for advice and mutual help.” Are you a student? A teacher? I know you noticed that wherever the class has collaboration, every student cooperates in every activity. The students generally wish to work together in computer based and non computer based activities. The generation today is called the “NETGEN” short term for Internet Generation. They are updated in terms of technology. I think they are more updated compared to us (student teacher and teachers). they enjoy activities when computer is involve. Reflecting in this phenomenon, psychologists think the computer fosters this positive social behavior due to the fact that it had a display monitor just like a that us looked upon as something communal. Therefore, researchers agree that the computer is a fairly natural learning vehicle for cooperative learning.

Computer as a tutor and as a teacher’s tool

“the computer is a tutor in this new age of learning in effect relieving the teacher in many activities in his personal role in the classroom, particularly along the behaviorist and cognitivist approach to learning” Computer wants the teachers to be relaxed in teaching just like teachers are so stressed in correcting and scolding their students. Teachers must have a partner to teach and help the students to learn cooperatively. “It does not replace the teacher, although i assume certain roles previously assigned to teachers who now has to take the new role of facilitator and guide. The teacher shall still continue to play major role of information deliverer and learning environment controller computers will only become an integral component of the future classroom and not a mere machine that can deliver routine drills and exercises” The teachers must used the computer and the teachers must not be used by the computers. Teachers are the main facilitator in here not the computer. Computers are just the medium of the teachers and learners. Likewise, computer as an informative teacher’s tool provide vast amounts of information in various forms such as text, graphics, sound, video and even multimedia encyclopedias. The internet itself provides an enormous database which the user can access global information resources. Computer itself can be also used as a constructive tool through manipulation information, visualizing one’s understanding and building new knowledge.

I.T for Higher Thinking Skills and Creativity

`a new challenge has risen for today's learners, this is not simply to achieve learning objectives but to encourage the development of students who can do more than receive, recall, recite and apply the knowledge they have acquired. Students are expected to be not only cognitive, but also flexible, analytical and creative. I.T develops the thinking skills of the learners such as gathering data from the internet, evaluating and focusing on a specific topic. in my whole college life, I.T play an important role to me. without I.T i can't use blogs and communicate with my classmates if ever there is an announcement. we can't deny that I.T is an effective tool in the learning of an individual. it's up to us if we will use I.T in a bad way or in a good way. by the use of I.t we can make my projects and assignments. in a complex way, I.T makes the student enhance their skills such as defining the problem, brainstorming, relating new data with old and recording data of information. Information Technology is a very important role to the students, student teachers and to the teachers for their teaching and learning process.
